Maintenance Request

We wanted to remind you that when scheduling an appointment with any of our vendors, a person aged 18 or older must be present at the property. Our vendors are instructed not to enter the premises unless an adult is on-site. If a vendor is unable to enter due to this requirement, and an appointment was scheduled, you will be responsible for the associated fee.

Important

Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you.
